Customer Choice Award Winner: 2010 & 2012

The Customer Choice Awards recognize the top agents dedicated to quality service performance in moving. These agents are selected based on their Customer Survey scores and a number of other quality measures through our home office.

Performance Leader Award Winner: 2012

The Performance Leaders are the top two agents with the best overall ranking based on their Customer Performance Average, Willingness to Recommend, and IMPACT (safety) scores. Additionally, each winner must be an agent meeting all Standards of Performance. The awards are presented quarterly to those agents who “lead the way” in the effort to not just meet, but rather exceed, customers’ expectations.

Heart of Quality Award: Honorable Mention 2011

The annual Heart of Quality award was created to recognize move coordinators throughout the van line. An integral part of the moving process, it is the move coordinator’s role to serve as an advocate for the relocating customer. In addition, the move coordinator serves as a single point of contact for the customer and all service providers throughout the move so the relocation experience is successful from its preparation through final delivery.

Agent of the Month Award Winner: Dec., 2009 & Feb., 2010

The Agent of the Month program recognizes agents who provide quality service to every customer they encounter, regardless of the role they play. The program rewards those agents, both large and small, who perform at the highest level in their representation for local, long distance and international moves.
